PARKING. 

Parking garages are plentiful around the state Capitol, but not inexpensive.  The Republic "State Parking Garages" just northwest and southwest of the Capitol will be open.  Nevertheless, please consider car-pooling.  Another option is to park near University of Indianapolis on the southside, or along College Avenue on the northside, and take the Red Line bus to the Statehouse.  Buses run every 15-20 minutes on Saturday.
