One Million Rising

We don’t have to wait until it’s too late. We can stop this. But it’ll take all of us. Let’s build a force bigger than fear and louder than hate.
Indivisible Central Indiana will help you host a conversation and teach you how to speak to others about strategic non-cooperation. We gather in homes, parks, libraries and local restaurants to talk about how we can strengthen our democracy and rise up against would-be tyrants.
Supporting Our Immigrant Neighbors
Since January 20, 2025, ICE has carried out nearly 1,400 administrative arrests in Indiana — an almost 80% increase compared to the same period last year.
We know the Trump and Braun administrations will increase their attacks on the immigrant community. The Pentagon has notified Congress of a plan to use Camp Atterbury to detain immigrants, and the DHS announced it will work with Gov Braun to expand the Miami Correctional facility to house detainees. They’re calling it the “speedway slammer.”
We will stand with our immigrant neighbors, and we won’t back down in the face of ICE intimidation tactics. Indivisible Central Indiana collaborates with organizations already working in immigrant communities. We amplify their voice and promote their actions. America made a promise to its veterans. It's a promise that hasn't been kept. Indivisible Central Indiana wants to amplify your voice. We are planning a series of video interviews with Hoosier veterans that will be aired across all of our communication channels and will culminate in a press conference.
